Borland to speak at ECOWS

Borland's Technical Business Development Manager Ruud de Bruijckere will speak at ECOWS 2005.

For the last ten years, Ruud has helped enterprises in the Nordic area to increase productivity by adopting innovative technologies. From 1994 to 1999, Ruud worked with expert systems and intelligent decision support systems at Gensym Corporation. Companies like LKAB, Ericsson-HPT, Valio, Nynäs Petroleum, and ABB to increase the intelligence of their alarm and production control applications. From 1999 to 2001, Ruud worked at ASG (Danzas/DHL) as group leader for intelligent simulation systems and supply chain management applications. In June 2001, Ruud started working for Borland Nordic, at the same time that Borland introduced the first IDE to support both the creation and consuming of Web Services (Delphi 6). Since this groundbreaking step in increasing developer productivity, Borland has broadened its product and services offering to support the complete application lifecycle, enabling teams of developers to build software the right way. The next step for Borland is to transform software development into a managed business process to ensure our customers build the right software.
